KV-5 Heavy Tank

KV-5 was designed as a super-heavy breakthrough tank, armed with a powerful 107-mm gun ZIS-6. The crew of tank consisted of 6 men, the fighting weight was of about 100 tons, the armor thickness was between 150 - 180 mm. The project works on the tank were began at the Kirov plant in 1941. The outbreak of war stopped the manufacturing of tank and the evacuation op plant to Chelyabinsk closed the project at all.
