AEC Mk.III British Armored Car

Heavy armored car (wheeled tank) AEC was created on the basis of the artillery tractor "Matador", which proved itself well in the units. The third modification of the armored car was distinguished by the installation of an American 75 mm M3 tank gun in the turret. The armored car was equipped with 58 h.p. diesel AEC A-197 diesel and had a mass of 12.7 tons. In 1942-1943, 629 armored cars AES of all modifications were produced.
